Terms of Service

1. Services

Santa's Sweepers provides chimney cleaning, inspection, repair, and dryer vent cleaning services in Northern New Jersey. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during inspection. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance.

3. Safety and Access

Customer must provide safe access to work areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not directly caused by our work.

5. Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from completion of services. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear or damage from other causes.

6. Cancellation

Service appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
